🚚 Shipping & Collection Policy

At The Padel Tech, we make getting your racket repaired as seamless as possible. We offer three convenient ways to get your gear into the lab:

Drop your racket at any of our partner clubs in Johannesburg or Pretoria.

How it works: Place your racket in a padded bag, label it with your Order Number, and leave it at the pro-shop.
Collection Days: We collect from clubs every Tuesday and Thursday.

We use Inhouse Collections or The Courier Guy for secure, tracked transport across Gauteng.

Collection: Once your order is placed, we will book a collection at your home or office.
Packing: Please ensure your racket is bubble-wrapped or in its original cover. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging during transit to us.

For players outside of Gauteng, we offer a nationwide courier service. Shipping back to you is included in this fee.

Turnaround Time: Most repairs are completed within 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive the racket at our lab.
